Our Publication
YSRA is a research-based organization. The motto is “RESEARCH & REFORM”. Inspiring the youth in the field of research is the main objective of YSRA. YSRA provides all the research pieces of training like foundation research training courses, graduate research training courses, and advanced research training courses. Later, proposal development is taught at the end of the course. And many articles have been published. At the end of the course, those research articles are done, and necessary support is given by YSRA to publish them in various journals. Besides, YSRA has two partner journals. There is one international and one domestic journal. YSRA provides the necessary support for the publication of the writings of their students in these journals. Those two journals are:

Market Research
Market research is the methodical collection of data that allows businesses to make better decisions. However, its true worth resides in how all of the information gathered is leveraged to gain a deeper understanding of the market customer. We will work on various issues based on market research like launching new products, market analysis, supply chain management. We know that supply chain management (SCM) is currently a widely discussed and important issue. Keeping this in mind, in the future, we will conduct a course on supply chain management. If you want to grow yourself, stay with us. We will never disappoint you.
Higher Study Abroad
YSRA provides information in the field of higher education. Especially for those who want to go for research-based higher studies or those who have a good research profile. If you want to go abroad to pursue higher education, you must have skills in research. YSRA as a research-based institution is giving them the necessary support for higher education separately. fund management, necessary guidance, and creating his profile or preparing his file, then managing the supervisor. But YSRA is focusing more on those who have built a research-based career or have done research-based work with us before. ysra is working more with them.
Research 101
A total of twelve seasons have been launched. It had a different name at one time. I have made some changes in the curriculum due to the need for time. and then we take about 70 students per season. There were seven different disciplines and one TA separately for each discipline and each sub-group had 10 participants and there were seven subgroups. One is humanities, one is social science, one is business studies, one is health science, one is agriculture science, one is science information and technology, and one is engineering. We have taken 10 people in each group in these 7 disciplines. And so far we have completed a total of twelve seasons like this. Due to the need for time, there was a name of one at a time.
Socio Economic Lab
Bangladesh's economy is unquestionably one of the most competitive in the region. As Bangladesh is a developing country, we have more socio-economic problems and we need to do research on this issue. And foster an atmosphere that is favorable to both domestic and foreign investment. So from our limited research and limited strength, we are working in different small groups on these socio-economic themes. Our team is working. The issues we are working on are Youth Development, Education, and Employment Status, Income, Food Insecurity, Housing Insecurity, labor supply and demand, wages, laws and policies, government activities, and recessions.
Capacity Building
Building capacity is the process of giving organizations and communities the tools they need to adapt, survive, and prosper in a world that is changing quickly. These tools include skills, instincts, talents, processes, and resources. Human resources are very important in a developing country like Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, 58 percent (2017) of the working-age population is employed. So it is very important to convert the rest of the human beings into resources. Apart from research, YSRA has done various initiatives or programs for youth development or human development in the past and will do so in the future. Such as leadership programs, online literacy, Digital marketing, time management, public speaking, self-management, etc.
Advanced Research
Higher-level critical appraisal and more intricate study plans will be covered in this course. A number of research techniques will be thoroughly examined, taking into account mixed-methods, quantitative, and qualitative designs. there have been two courses in the advanced research course so far. With the aim of producing skilled researchers, we always organize advanced research courses. We take 50 people in each course. We worked in different subgroups and after the course the participants got certificates and they are working as researchers, and interns in different places. They are working in various NGOs.
Environment Research Lab
The environmental issue is very important globally. Because it enables us to better understand how the natural world functions, how human activity impacts the built and natural environments, and to create environmentally friendly management strategies, environmental research is crucial. As a research institute, we are working on all these environment-related issues in small teams. At the same time, we are trying to make our community aware in different ways. We do various online activities. In the future, we will work on the environment of Bangladesh on a larger scale. Especially Bangladesh is one of the top ten countries at risk of climate change, so this is our vulnerability. We are working with this environment and climate change to improve vulnerability.
Research Internship
A professional learning opportunity, an internship provides students with relevant, hands-on work relevant to their subject of study or career interest. A student has the chance to gain new skills and explore career options through an internship. Apart from research, and paper publication, YSRA offers internship opportunities. For those who complete our courses then we pick them according to their qualifications and skills and give them some internship opportunities. We have both online and offline internship opportunities here. So we give them these opportunities. And many times they get paid, for unpaid work too.
YSRA Master Class
Each masterclass of YSRA is designed around some important problem in research and higher education and the masterclass will give you a complete solution to that problem. ysra has organized 3 master classes so far. Writing has an inseparable relationship with research. To be a good researcher, you must be good at writing. So organized the first Masterclass on “Book & Article Writing” on 8th January 2021 at 8 PM. For those who want to be researchers or are doing research, it is very important to be able to read well. To solve these problems and make you proficient in reading, the Youth Society For Research And Action - YSRA organized the second Masterclass on "Advanced Reading" on 22nd January 2021. Speaking English allows you to broaden your world, from job opportunities to the ability to relate to people from every country. YSRA English Language Club arranged a masterclass on Advanced English Speaking on 14th February (Sunday) at 9.00 PM with a very special guest Natasha Kuegler. She is a Native American and Ph.D. student at the University of Houston, Texas, USA.
